Employment

Create new architectural culture! Employment information of KSC.

Who

  • Anyone of any gender, region or level of education is welcome to apply.
    ※ Each plant hires directly. If necessary, we make separate announcement.

When

  • Each plant or department posts employment notices as necessary any time of the year.
  • Large-number employment is separately posted.

How

  • Submit company application as instructed in given time by the announcement.
  • Follow instructions to take next step.

Employment Procedure

  • Character interview

    • Questions on character and adaptability
    • 30 minutes

  • Presentation
    interview

    • Basic job competence and utility
    • 10 to 20 minutes
    • Interviewees are given opportunity to state ideas on specific profession of choice to express expert knowledge, experience, aspiration and passion.

Qualification

  • No discrimination against level of education
  • No discrimination against gender
  • Must be able to travel overseas and, if male, served in mandatory military service

Application Review

  • Application is reviewed for employment
  • Each plant reviews based on current demand
  • We check authenticity of the application contents

Interview

  • Interviews are divided into character interview, presentation interview and group discussion interview.

Others

  • If application content is proven to be false, employment will be cancelled.
  • For other information, please call your respective choice of company.
